Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies FotifyPay sets, why we set them, and how you control them. It is drafted under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended) and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. Cookies in 60 seconds
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work (and the law lets us set them without consent). Others — analytics, marketing — need your explicit, prior consent. We ask for that consent through the banner you see on first visit.

3. Third-party scripts
We minimise third-party scripts. The widget on this page is fully first-party. Google Fonts loads asynchronously and does not set cookies (we use the no-cookie variant). No social-network "like" buttons load on the marketing site.
4. Your choices
- Cookie banner: shown on first visit, revisitable from any page footer ("Cookie settings").
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies — see the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: we honour GPC signals by treating them as a withdrawal of consent for optional cookies.
5. Consequences of refusing optional cookies
The site works fully without them. Affiliates who refer customers without the affiliate cookie can ask their referees to enter the affiliate code on sign-up instead — no consent, no tracking, still get paid.
6. Changes
Material changes to this policy are announced 30 days in advance via the cookie banner and on this page.
